Q: What do you require to get a quotation for an order?
- To get a quote for Digitizng or Embroidery, we need an image of the logo/design in either .JPEG .PDF .AI format; the dimension of the design (example: 4" W x 1" H).
- To get a quote for garment and headwear please browse through our catalog section and fill out the order form.
Q: What do you require to get a logo/design digitized?
- Simply send us a high resolution image of the logo/design in either .JPEG .PDF .AI format; the dimension of the logo/design and what type of garment to be embroidered.
Q: What do you do for proofing?
- To ensure absolute quality control, we will first do a stitch out sample of the desired design/logo. This will be presented to the client for proofing (either physically or through e-mail).
- .PDF mock up will be presented for production approval on all order. Garment or Headwear pre-production samples are available for an extra fee.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
- Digitizing - 12 to 24 hours
- Embroidery - Small orders are usually same day or next day, large orders would be 2~3 business days.
- Custom embroidered garments - 3~5 business days
Q: Method of Payment?
- New accounts are on a payment upon delivery basis. Once a track record is established, we can consider net terms invoicing.
- We accept Cash, Cheque, PayPal & INTERAC E-transfer.
Q: Method of Shipment?
- We ship with UPS, Purolator and FedEx unless specified. Third party shipping available, please call us to find out.
